This is the essence of Málaga. A dry, fresh and very fruity wine, made from Moscatel Morisco, Pedro Ximénez and Doradilla, bringing delightful notes reminiscent of our Mediterranean shores. It is made from three native varieties that reflect the personality of this land; a land which inspired the stories written by the British Romantic travellers.

Pedro Ximénez (50%), Moscatel Morisco (40%), Doradilla (10%)
White vinification, medium maceration, controlled fermentation at 22ºC
