‘The wine that best represents the essence of where it comes from; Ronda.’
ANA DE CASTRO
Magnum Encina
Red
During the 19th century, Ronda was an essential stop on the Great South Tour, undertaken by the British Romantic travellers. Through this elegant joven red wine with a touch of crianza, we can pay tribute to those Englishmen who, through their love and respect for the landscapes of Ronda, gave this beautiful Andalusian city a universal status.
Aged for 6 months in large capacity, medium toasted Allier French oak foudres, the rest in the bottle.
Fermented on the skins, with medium maceration, at a controlled temperature of 25ºC.
