‘Salinete is a native fish from Andalusian river basins on the brink of extinction. In our commitment to championing native species, we pay a small tribute with this wine to this tiny fish with blue fins.’

Salinete Rosé

El Salinete, a native fish of Andalusian river basins now on the brink of extinction, gives its name to this wine as a tribute to local heritage. In this quest to reclaim what is native, a wine inspired by this tiny blue-finned fish is born.
With the Sierras de Málaga Designation of Origin and a 2024 vintage, it has been aged for 6 months in used medium-toast Allier French oak barrels, with weekly battonage and subsequent bottle aging. It is presented in a 75 cl transparent Burgundy Nova bottle.
