Produced from batch H0125 of the Hojiblanca variety. Presented in a 0.5 L green Burgundy Bell bottle.

Tasting Notes

Yellow color with greenish reflections. Aromas of ripe fruit, freshly cut grass, and subtle notes of tomato plant. On the palate, it is spicy and bitter, with a slight enveloping sweetness at the finish.
