Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled with a full refund if they have not left the warehouse (within the first 48 hours). If the order has already shipped, a shipping fee of €8 will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Time

Shipping costs may be free for orders over €42 or €8 for smaller orders. The delivery period begins after order preparation (~48h) and depends on the transport company.

Invoice

The invoice can be viewed and downloaded from the user’s control panel and is also sent by email.

Payment Methods

The User can pay by credit/debit card or bank transfer. Cash on delivery is not accepted.

Returns and Withdrawal
