On our Classic Tour, you’ll delve into the fascinating history of wine in Ronda. We invite you to discover our winery, where you’ll learn about the region’s heritage, the landscape of the Serranía de Ronda, and our work to revive native grape varieties.
We’ll begin in our vineyard, take a stroll through our organic garden and olive grove, and explore the winery facilities, where you’ll witness the dedication and passion behind the creation of our unique wines.
To round off the visit, you’ll enjoy a tasting of our three most iconic wines and our own extra virgin olive oils — served with artisanal bread and Serranía de Ronda Iberian ham — either on the terrace of our wine bar, surrounded by centuries-old holm oaks, or in our cozy lounge with views of the surrounding pastureland.

Guided visit through the different winemaking areas of the winery.
Tasting on the terrace of our wine bar or in the tasting room of our three signature wines — La Encina del Inglés (white and red) and Payoya Negra (red) — paired with locally produced Iberian ham from the Serranía de Ronda.
Tasting of our two estate-produced extra virgin olive oils (Hojiblanca and Marteña), served with artisanal sourdough bread made from spelt wheat flour — an ancient grain variety revived and cultivated on our estate, known for its low gluten content, anti-inflammatory properties, and high protein value.

Cancellation Policy
Visits to La Melonera winery will be considered confirmed once payment has been made or explicit written confirmation has been received from the winery.
Cancellations made by clients at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made up to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.
All cancellations must be communicated by email to visit@lamelonera.com.
The winery reserves the right to modify the visit conditions up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. In such cases, clients will be offered the option to receive a full refund or reschedule their visit.
La Melonera may also cancel the visit due to force majeure, offering either a refund or an alternative date.
